NRC seeks comments from The Delaware Tribe re: Oyster Creek license renewal

Since the Oyster Creek plant "is in close proximity to lands that may be of interest to The Delaware Tribe", NRC invited the tribe to comment as part of the scoping process for NRC's environmental review of the renewal application. NRC's letter was sent to:
